These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jack Royals platform ("Jack Royals," "we," "our," "the Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Jack Royals is operated by Jack Royals LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

Platform Classification

Jack Royals operates as a lawful promotional sweepstakes platform. The Platform is not a sweepstakes participation site. All transactions on the Platform are solely for the purchase of non-redeemable virtual entertainment currency ("Gold Coins") and do not constitute entries, entries, or sweepstakes participation transactions. Users are not required to make any payment to participate in sweepstakes gameplay, and no payment increases the likelihood of receiving prizes. Transactions processed on the Platform should not be classified as sweepstakes participation transactions under applicable payment network rules or underwriting standards.

1. Eligibility

The Jack Royals sweepstakes promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, except residents of the following 16 excluded states:

Eligibility is verified through our 4-layer geolocation system and age verification gate. Participants may be required to provide proof of eligibility, age, and identity before receiving any prizes.

2. Platform Currency & Transaction Classification

Jack Royals uses a dual-currency model:

Gold Coins ("GC")

Purchased virtual entertainment currency
Have no monetary value
Cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or anything of value
Are not required for sweepstakes participation
Used solely for entertainment gameplay

Sweeps Coins ("SC")

Promotional sweepstakes currency provided free of charge
Cannot be purchased directly -- Sweeps Coins are never sold
Obtained through free bonuses, daily login, giveaways, or the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
Winnings from SC gameplay may be redeemed for prizes subject to KYC verification

Transaction Classification

All payments processed on the Platform are exclusively for the purchase of Gold Coins (virtual entertainment currency). These transactions are not entries, entries, or purchases for sweepstakes participation activity. No user funds are staked, risked, or wagered in connection with gameplay. Sweepstakes participation occurs exclusively through Sweeps Coins, which are provided free of charge and available through a no-purchase-necessary AMOE. Accordingly, transactions are properly classified as digital entertainment purchases and fall outside restricted sweepstakes participation categories under card network rules.

Important: No purchase is required to obtain Sweeps Coins or participate in sweepstakes gameplay. Purchases do not increase the chances of winning. Free entry methods provide equivalent access to sweepstakes participation.

3. No Purchase Necessary -- Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) is designed to be genuine and accessible, providing participants with a free and equal opportunity to obtain Sweeps Coins without making any purchase. The AMOE does not impose material barriers to participation and provides substantially equivalent value to promotional bonuses associated with purchases. Participation via AMOE does not disadvantage users in terms of chances, eligibility, or prize access.

Reward: 1 SC credited per verified letter. Limits: 1 mail-in request per person per calendar day, up to 25 per calendar month. Requests processed within 7–10 business days of postmark. Additional free Sweeps Coins are also available through daily login bonuses and promotional giveaways.

4. Gameplay

Participants may use Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins to play games on the Platform. Games include games, table games, and arcade offerings from licensed third-party providers. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable results.

Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin gameplay is available in all 37 eligible states + DC
Users in blocked states (16 states listed above) cannot access the Platform
Each game displays its rules, paytable, and Return to Player (game structure) percentage
No user funds are staked, risked, or wagered -- gameplay uses free promotional currency or entertainment currency with no cash value

5. Prize Redemption

Sweeps Coins winnings may be redeemed for cash prizes subject to:

KYC verification must be completed (government ID, proof of address, selfie, SSN/ITIN)
Minimum redemption amount as specified on the Platform
Anti-wash participation requirements must be met for bonus-derived winnings
Account must be in good standing with no compliance flags
User must be located in an eligible state
Account-funding identity verification has been completed (see Section 5.1 below)

Each redeemable Sweeps Coin has a redemption value of $1.00 USD. Redemptions processed within 3-5 business days after KYC verification. The Platform implements anti-wash controls with three separate SC buckets (Bonus SC, Purchased SC, Redeemable SC) to ensure genuine gameplay before redemption.

All prizes are subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes. IRS Form 1099 issued for prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year.

5.1 Account-Funding Identity Verification (One-Time)

As part of the Platform's anti-money-laundering (AML), anti-fraud, and anti-promotional-abuse controls, each user account must complete a one-time account-funding identity verificationbefore Sweeps Coin redemptions can be processed. This verification is satisfied by completing any single Gold Coin package purchase of any size through the Platform's verified payment processors (e.g., card, ACH, or supported crypto rails). The purpose of this step is strictly verification of the account holder's identity through a regulated payment instrument — it is not a entry, purchase-for-play, or condition of participation in any sweepstakes promotion.

No Purchase Necessary to Participate or Win: Consistent with Sections 2 and 3, no purchase is required to obtain Sweeps Coins, to play any game, or to win any prize. Sweeps Coins obtained via the free Alternative Method of Entry ("AMOE") have identical gameplay rights, chances, and eligibility for winnings as those obtained alongside a Gold Coin purchase. The one-time account-funding identity verification under this Section 5.1 applies only to the act of redeeming accumulated Sweeps Coin winnings for cash or cash-equivalent prizes, and serves the same regulatory purpose as bank-grade Know-Your-Customer ("KYC") verification.

AMOE Alternative for Redemption Verification: Players who have obtained Sweeps Coin winnings exclusively through the free AMOE and who do not wish to complete an account-funding identity verification may instead submit a written redemption-verification request to jackroyalsllc@gmail.com with their full legal name, mailing address, date of birth, and notarized identity attestation. The Platform will process verified AMOE-only redemptions through this alternative channel within thirty (30) days of receipt. This ensures that no purchase is ever necessary to receive prizes lawfully won through the AMOE.

Permanence: Once the account-funding identity verification (or the AMOE alternative above) is completed, redemption eligibility is permanently unlocked on the account for its lifetime, subject to all other terms in this Section 5, KYC standards, applicable VIP and daily/weekly redemption limits, and applicable law.

This Section 5.1 was added on June 2, 2026 to expressly disclose a long-standing operational anti-fraud control that had previously been administered internally. The Platform will honor any redemption request submitted prior to this disclosure date in accordance with the Terms as they read at the time of the user's request — i.e., without the account-funding verification requirement — provided all other Section 5 conditions (KYC, eligibility, minimum amount, anti-wash) are satisfied.

5.2 prize redemption Caps & purchase-to-redeem Ratio

In addition to the KYC and anti-wash requirements above, the following platform-wide redemption caps apply to every account, effective June 2026:

Daily prize redemption limit: 100 SC across all redemption methods (resets at midnight UTC)
Weekly prize redemption limit: 300 SC across all redemption methods (rolling 7-day window)
purchase-to-redeem ratio: Cumulative prize redemptions exceeding 100 SC require lifetime purchases totaling at least 50% of the requested prize redemption amount
Identity verification (KYC): Required for every redemption regardless of amount; large wins may trigger additional verification
prize fulfillment window: 24–72 hours after admin approval (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays)

These limits exist to protect platform liquidity, deter promotional-bonus abuse and wash-trading, and ensure that legitimate winners are paid promptly. Any account that consistently approaches or exceeds these limits may be reviewed by our compliance team for enhanced due-diligence. VIP/Royal-tier players with documented purchase history may be granted higher caps on a case-by-case basis at the Platform's sole discretion.

Caps are denominated in Sweeps Coins (1 SC = $1.00 USD). All checks are evaluated across all redemption rails— direct instant crypto redemptions — to prevent rail-hopping. The Platform may update these caps from time to time; any changes will be reflected on this page and on the Redeem screen.

Compliance-Safe Liquidity Protection

To maintain fair play, prevent promotional-bonus abuse, and protect platform liquidity, redemption eligibility may be subject to a purchase-to-redeem ratio, minimum participation (playthrough) requirement, and daily/weekly velocity caps as published above. All players — including those participating exclusively through the free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) — have equal chances of winning and equal eligibility to redeem prizes, subject only to the identity-verification (KYC) and anti-wash conditions in Section 5 and the AMOE-only alternative verification channel in Section 5.1. These rules govern redemption velocity only; they do not affect entry, gameplay, chances, or prize eligibility, and no purchase is required to participate or win.

6. Geolocation & Jurisdictional Controls

Jack Royals implements a proprietary 4-layer geolocation system to enforce jurisdictional restrictions:

Layer 1 - IP Geolocation: Real-time IP address resolution to determine user state. Blocked state IPs denied immediately.
Layer 2 - Browser GPS: HTML5 Geolocation API captures precise GPS coordinates from user's device.
Layer 3 - Reverse Geocoding: GPS coordinates verified via reverse geocoding services to confirm state jurisdiction.
Layer 4 - Server-Side Validation: All location data aggregated and cross-validated server-side before any financial transaction. Most restrictive result applies.

Location is verified at session start, before every financial transaction, and periodically during extended sessions. VPN and proxy detection mechanisms are employed to prevent circumvention.

Attempts to bypass geo-verification (VPNs, proxies, spoofing) will result in: account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential permanent ban.

7. Identity Verification (KYC) & AML Compliance

Jack Royals implements a tiered identity verification system:

Tier 1 (Registration): Email verification, age attestation, IP geolocation check, OFAC sanctions screening
Tier 2 (First Purchase): Address verification, enhanced sanctions screening, risk score calculation
Tier 3 (Redemption): Government photo ID (front/back), proof of address, live selfie verification, SSN/ITIN for tax reporting

The Platform maintains a comprehensive AML program including: designated Compliance Officer, real-time transaction monitoring, OFAC/SDN sanctions screening at registration and each transaction, suspicious activity detection and reporting, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedures, and comprehensive record keeping with 5-year minimum retention.

All users are screened against OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) and Blocked Persons lists. The active user base is re-screened monthly.

8. Account Registration

To create an account, you must:

Provide accurate personal information (full name, date of birth, email, address)
Be at least 18 years of age
Be physically located in an eligible state (37 states + DC)
Not use VPNs, proxies, or location-masking tools
Not create multiple accounts (one account per person)

8.1 One-Account-Per-Identifier Rule

Jack Royals enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. To prevent promotional-bonus abuse, money laundering, collusion, and circumvention of bans, the Platform automatically detects and prohibits duplicate or linked accounts based on any of the following uniquely identifying attributes ("Identifiers"):

Email address (including known alias patterns such as "user+tag@…")
Mobile or landline phone number
Legal first and last name combination
Residential address
Date of birth combined with name
Government-issued ID number (driver's license, state ID, passport)
Social Security Number (SSN) or ITIN
Payment instrument (card last-4, bank account, crypto wallet address)
Device fingerprint, browser fingerprint, or hardware identifier
Registration IP address or persistent network identifier

Automatic Enforcement: When the Platform detects that two or more accounts share any of the Identifiers above, the older verified account is retained and all newer duplicates are permanently suspended. Account balances on suspended duplicates may be forfeited at the Platform's sole discretion in accordance with Section 10 (Prohibited Conduct).

Ban Survives Re-Registration: If your account has been suspended, banned, self-excluded, or closed for cause, you may notcreate a new account using any of the Identifiers above, in whole or in part. The Platform maintains an internal blocklist of Identifiers tied to closed-for-cause accounts and will automatically reject any signup attempt that matches an entry on that list. This rule applies indefinitely unless expressly lifted in writing by the Platform's compliance team.

Household & Shared-Device Exception: The Platform recognizes that legitimate users may share a household, an IP address, or a physical device with a member of their family. If your signup is rejected and you believe it is a false positive (e.g., a spouse, parent, adult child, or roommate previously held an account), you may appeal by emailing jackroyalsllc@gmail.comwith a copy of your government photo ID and a short statement of the relationship. Appeals are reviewed within seven (7) business days and, if approved, the account will be cleared for registration with enhanced monitoring.

No Workarounds: Attempts to evade this rule — including use of VPNs, virtual phone numbers, prepaid SIM cards, disposable email services, virtual machines, browser-fingerprint spoofers, or third-party identity-proxy services — constitute Prohibited Conduct under Section 10 and may result in permanent forfeiture of all balances, referral to law-enforcement where applicable, and civil action for recovery of damages.

This Section 8.1 was added on June 8, 2026 to expressly disclose the Platform's long-standing anti-duplicate-account controls. By creating or maintaining an account, you acknowledge and consent to the Identifier-based enforcement described above.

9. Responsible Gaming

Jack Royals is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides:

Self-exclusion options for users who need a break
Account lock / cool-off period functionality
Session time alerts during extended play
Full transaction and gameplay history access
Links to the National Council on Problem sweepstakes participation (1-800-522-4700)

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or permanent ban:

Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions
Creating or operating multiple accounts
Providing false or misleading identity information
Engaging in collusion, fraud, or money laundering
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the Platform
Attempting to access the Platform from a blocked state
Transferring or selling accounts, Gold Coins, or Sweeps Coins to others
Using automated tools, bots, or scripts
Any activity that violates applicable laws or these Terms

10A. Operator Discretion — Right to Void Activity and Terminate Accounts

Sole and Absolute Discretion

Jack Royals LLC reserves the sole, absolute, and unappealable right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

Void, reverse, cancel, withhold, or otherwise nullify any entry, spin, transaction, purchase, redemption request, Sweeps Coins ("SC") or Gold Coins ("GC") balance, promotional credit, grand prize, tournament prize, leaderboard placement, referral entry, giveaway entry, or any other credit, reward, or apparent winning recorded on the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time, retroactively or prospectively;
Suspend, freeze, restrict, throttle, deactivate, terminate, ban, blacklist, and/or permanently remove any account or User from the Platform, and to refuse to provide further service to such User indefinitely, with or without cause;
Confiscate and clawback any SC, GC, redeemable cash value, prize, or other balanceattributable to activity that the Operator, in its sole judgment, determines to be the result of fraud, abuse, exploitation of a bug or pricing error, unauthorized intrusion, collusion, multiple-account activity, identity misrepresentation, chargeback, payment fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, breach of applicable law, or any other conduct adverse to the integrity of the Platform or the legitimate interests of other Users;
Decline, refuse, delay, or reverse any redemption, prize redemption, or prize fulfillment pending investigation, KYC verification, source-of-funds review, AML review, sanctions screening, or any other compliance check the Operator deems appropriate.

The Operator's determination under this Section 10A is final, binding, and non-appealable. The Operator is under no obligation to disclose the rationale, evidence, methodology, or thresholds used in reaching such determination, and may rely on internal records, fraud-detection systems, third-party provider data, device fingerprints, behavioral analytics, geolocation data, payment processor reports, or any other lawful source.

No refund or compensation is owed for any balance, credit, or asserted prize voided, reversed, withheld, or confiscated under this Section. Users expressly waive any claim, demand, suit, arbitration, chargeback, or cause of action against the Operator, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and game providers in connection with the exercise of the rights described in this Section, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The rights granted to the Operator in this Section are in addition to, and not in limitation of, any other rights or remedies available to the Operator under these Terms, applicable law, or equity. The Operator's failure to exercise any right under this Section in any particular instance does not constitute a waiver of such right in any other instance.

This Section 10A is a fundamental term of the User's contractual relationship with Jack Royals LLC and is material to the Operator's willingness to provide access to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of these Terms constitutes the User's irrevocable acceptance of this Section. If the User does not agree, the User's sole remedy is to immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, software, and game assets on the Platform are owned by Jack Royals LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JACK ROYALS LLC, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Jack Royals is not responsible for: service interruptions, technical issues, loss of virtual currency, user errors, unauthorized access to accounts, or any injury or damage resulting from participation. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described therein. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
