9A. Operator Discretion — Account, Data & Balance Actions
Right to Void, Suspend, and Remove
Jack Royals LLC reserves the sole, absolute, and unappealable right, at any time and without prior notice or compensation, to void, reverse, withhold, confiscate, or clawback any Sweeps Coins (SC), Gold Coins (GC), redeemable cash value, prize, grand prize, tournament prize fulfillment, leaderboard placement, referral or giveaway entry, or any other credit or apparent winning associated with a User account; and to suspend, freeze, restrict, deactivate, terminate, ban, blacklist, and/or permanently remove any User and refuse to provide further service to such User indefinitely. This right may be exercised retroactively and applies, without limitation, to activity the Operator determines to be associated with fraud, abuse, exploitation of a bug or pricing error, unauthorized intrusion, collusion, multiple-account activity, identity misrepresentation, chargeback or payment fraud, money laundering, breach of these policies, breach of applicable law, or any other conduct adverse to the integrity of the Platform or to other Users.
The Operator's determination is final, binding, and non-appealable. The Operator may rely on internal records, fraud-detection systems, third-party game-provider data, device fingerprints, behavioral analytics, geolocation data, payment-processor reports, and any other lawful source. The Operator is not required to disclose its rationale, evidence, methodology, or thresholds.
No refund or compensation is owed for any balance, credit, or prize voided, reversed, withheld, or confiscated under this Section. Users expressly waive any claim, demand, suit, arbitration, chargeback, or cause of action against the Operator, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and game providers in connection with the exercise of these rights, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
This Section 9A is incorporated into and cross-referenced with Section 10A of the Terms of Service. Where a conflict appears between this Section and any other communication, the broader right reserved to the Operator controls.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or on-platform notice.
