Jack Royals uses a dual-currency sweepstakes model. Gold Coins are purchased for entertainment and have no monetary value. Sweeps Coins are provided free of charge and winnings from Sweeps Coin gameplay may be redeemed for cash prizes subject to the conditions below.

Users may purchase Gold Coin packages through the Platform store. Each purchase includes a free promotional bonus of Sweeps Coins.

• Gold Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed
• All purchases are final digital entertainment transactions
• Purchases are classified as digital goods / entertainment, not sweepstakes participation
• No purchase is required to participate in sweepstakes (see AMOE)
• Purchases do not increase chances of winning

Sweeps Coins winnings from gameplay may be redeemed for cash prizes. Redemption is subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements:

• Account must have completed full KYC verification (Tier 3)
• Government-issued photo ID (front and back)
• Proof of residential address (dated within 90 days)
• Live selfie verification for facial comparison
• SSN or ITIN for IRS tax reporting compliance
• User must be located in an eligible state (37 states + DC)
• Account must be in good standing with no compliance flags

Minimum & Maximum Limits:

• Minimum redemption: 100 SC ($100.00 USD)
• Daily redemption limit: 100 SC across all redemption methods (resets at midnight UTC)
• Weekly redemption limit: 300 SC on a rolling 7-day window across all redemption methods
• Monthly redemption limit: tier-based (see VIP table on Redeem page)
• Maximum daily redemption count: limited to prevent structuring

Approved redemptions are settled to the user's crypto wallet within 24–72 hours of admin approval, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

To maintain the integrity of the sweepstakes model and prevent abuse, the Platform implements anti-wash controls:

Users must engage in genuine gameplay before Sweeps Coins become redeemable. Rapid fund-through (purchase followed by immediate redemption with minimal play) will be flagged and may result in redemption denial.

• KYC Review: 24-48 hours after document submission
• Redemption Processing: 3-5 business days after KYC verification is complete
• Crypto prize fulfillment: Delivered to your wallet within 24 hours after admin approval
• Large Redemptions: May require additional review and processing time

The Platform endeavors to process all redemptions as quickly as possible. Delays may occur due to additional compliance review, bank processing times, or incomplete documentation.

Redemptions may be denied or delayed if:

• KYC verification is incomplete or documents cannot be verified
• User is located in a blocked state (CA, CT, ID, IL, LA, MI, MS, MT, NV, NJ, NY, TN, WA)
• Account has compliance flags or is under investigation
• Anti-wash participation requirements have not been met
• Suspicious activity or fraud indicators are detected
• User has multiple accounts linked to the same identity
• VPN, proxy, or location spoofing is detected
• The redemption appears to circumvent the spirit of the promotion

Blocked States:

Residents of the following 16 states are not eligible for redemption: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Washington.

Account Actions:

Jack Royals reserves the right to suspend accounts, freeze balances, and deny redemptions if Terms of Service violations, fraud, or abuse are detected. Forfeited balances are non-recoverable.

VIP status is a rolling privilege tied to continued engagement and identity verification. Two automatic rules keep the program fair for every player:

• 7-day Inactivity Drop: If a member does not sign in for more than 7 days, their VIP tier is automatically reduced by one level (e.g. Platinum → Gold). Progress and balances are preserved — tiers can be earned back through normal play.
• Platinum+ KYC Requirement: Platinum, Diamond, Ruby, and Royal tiers require a completed identity verification (KYC). Members reaching one of these tiers have 48 hours to complete KYC or their tier will be reduced to Gold until verification is provided.
• Notification: Any automatic tier change is emailed to the registered address, with a direct link to restore or upgrade the tier.

All prizes are subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Jack Royals will issue IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year, or as otherwise required by law. Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on prizes received. SSN/ITIN is required for all redemptions to ensure tax compliance.

Gold Coin purchases are generally non-refundable as the digital currency is delivered instantly. However, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase for:

• Unauthorized transactions
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Technical issues preventing delivery
