Official Sweepstakes Rules & State Restrictions

The Jack Royals promotional sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 37 Operating Jurisdictions listed below who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Participation requires identity verification (KYC) before any prize redemption. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void in the 13 Blocked Jurisdictions and where prohibited by law.

Eligible participants may obtain Sweeps Coins free of charge by any of the following methods:

• Mail-In Method. Mail a handwritten 3"×5" card with your full name, mailing address, email, date of birth, and the phrase "Free Sweeps Coins Request" to the address below. Each qualifying request entitles you to a fixed Sweeps Coin allotment, fulfilled within 7-10 business days. Maximum mail-in entries: 1 per requestor per calendar day, up to 30 per calendar month.
• Daily Login Bonus. Free SC credited automatically each calendar day for active sessions per the published Daily Bonus schedule.
• Promotional Codes. Free SC distributed via social media, email campaigns, and partner promotions; each code is single-use per account.

Prize Redemption Limits (Daily)

Sweeps Coins (SC) won through gameplay may be redeemed for cash prizes at a rate of 1 SC = $1 USD, subject to: (i) Tier-2 KYC verification; (ii) the minimum redeemable balance threshold disclosed on the Platform; (iii) participation playthrough satisfaction on bonus-derived SC (1× playthrough); (iv) IRS Form W-9 collection; and (v) anti-fraud and AML review.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Game-specific Return-to-Player (game structure) percentages and prize structures are disclosed at the point of entry. Anti-wash mechanics prevent direct conversion of purchased SC to redeemable SC without legitimate gameplay.

Jack Royals enforces geo-restrictions at multiple independent layers to ensure compliance with state-specific sweepstakes regulations.

• Registration Block: Users in prohibited states are rejected at signup
• Server-Side Middleware: Every API request is validated against geo-rules

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, the Platform, or these Rules shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Users and Jack Royals waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. A limited carve-out permits either party to bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

Redemption disputes are handled under Reg E-style error-resolution procedures: 60-day claim window from statement availability, written acknowledgment within 10 business days, and provisional credit where appropriate.
